There is a lot of activity concerning out house. One family has been back for a second look and another will be back this coming week. It is not easy living 'staged'. Everything needs to be as perfect as possible at all times. Fortunately, everyone who has come, has called first, but it doesn't necessarily have to be that way. Drop-ins can come at any time between 8 am and 9 pm.
At least the weather is cooperating as are the springtime plants. The rhododendruns are blooming and the azaleas are beginning to show, too. Our apple and pear trees just need another couple of days to flower. Everything seems to be about a month later that normal this year. Some very established plants did not make it through the winter and others show signs of damage, but it is still beautiful when the sun comes out. Even our turtle has emerged from his winter hybernation.

That seems to be the case in most parts of the country, but we aren't moving until this house sells.
Here's the link to our listing. I'll try to post a link to our listing.
